📖 Quran ka Paigham

Ramadan sirf roza rakhne ka mahina nahi, ye Allah ki taraf se roohani training ka golden chance hai. Quran mein Allah farmata hai:

"Yā ayyuhalladhīna āmanū kutiba ʿalaykumuṣ-ṣiyāmu kamā kutiba ʿalā alladhīna min qablikum laʿallakum tattaqūn."

"Aye iman walo! Tum par roza farz kiya gaya jaise tum se pehle logon par farz kiya gaya tha, taake tum muttaqi (Allah se darrne wale) ban jao."

(Surah Al-Baqarah 2:183)

Yani Taqwa hasil karna sabse bada maqsad hai. Taqwa matlab Allah ka darr, har kaam mein Allah ki raza ko samne rakhna, aur gunahon se bachna.

🤔 Taqwa Kya Hai?

Hazrat Ali (RA) se pucha gaya: Taqwa kya hai? Unhone farmaya:

"Taqwa ka matlab hai Allah ka darr aur har gunah se bachne ki hifazati soch ke saath zindagi guzarana. "

Matlab har qadam sambhal kar chalna, har kaam soch samajh kar karna ke Allah kahan farmanbardari ho rahi hai ya nahi.

🎯 Roza Hume Kya Sikhata Hai?

1. Allah ka Khauf

Jab koi nahi dekh raha, tab bhi hum paani nahi peete. Ye Allah ka khauf dil mein bithata hai.

2. Sabr wa Tahammul

Bhook, pyaas, thakan, nafs — sab par sabr karna sikhata hai. Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya: "As-siyamu junnah" — Roza dhaal hai. (Bukhari 1894, Muslim 1151)

3. Gussa Control

Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya: "Roza dhaal hai. Jab tum mein se koi roza rakhe to faahish na kare aur na jahalat ka kaam kare." (Sahih al-Bukhari 1894, Sahih Muslim 1151)

4. Gareebon ka Ehsaas

Bhook lagti hai to pata chalta hai ke gareeb log kya guzarte hain. Dil narm hota hai, sadqa karne ka jee karta hai.

📿 Ramadan Ke 10 Zaroori Adab (Hadith ke saath)

1. Niyat ki Safai 🤲

Roza sirf Allah ke liye ho, show-off ya logon ko dikhane ke liye nahi. Hadeeth:

"Innamal a'maalu bin niyaat" — Har amal ka daromadar niyat par hai. (Sahih al-Bukhari 1, Sahih Muslim 1907)

Agar niyat saaf nahi to roza sirf bhookay rehna hai, ajar nahi milega.

2. Sehri ki Barkat 🌙

Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

"Tasahharu fa inna fis sahuri barakah" — Sehri khao kyunke sehri mein barkat hai. (Sahih al-Bukhari 1923, Sahih Muslim 1095)

Sirf paani pi kar na so jaao. Sehri mein barkat bhi hai aur taqat bhi milti hai ibadat ki.

3. Namaz ki Pabandi 🕌

5 waqt ki namaz ka khas khayal rakhein. Qayamat ke din sabse pehle namaz ka hisab hoga:

"Awwalu ma yuhasabu bihil abdu yawmal qiyamati salatuh" — Qayamat ke din sabse pehle bande se namaz ka hisab hoga. (Jami` at-Tirmidhi 413 – Hasan Sahih)

Sirf Taraweeh par focus karke farz namazen mat chhoro.

4. Quran ka Mahina 📖

Ramazan Quran ka mahina hai. Jibreel (AS) Nabi (ﷺ) ke saath Quran ka daura karte the:

"Kaana Jibrilu yulaqihi fi kulli laylatin min Ramadana" — Jibreel har raat Nabi se milte aur Quran ka daura karte. (Sahih al-Bukhari 3220)

Rozana Quran padho, sirf padhna nahi balki samajhne ki koshish karo. Ek aayat samajh kar padhna, apki Zindagi badal sakta hai.

⚠️ 5. Zaban ki Hifazat (Sabse Aham)

Roza sirf pet ka nahi, zaban ka bhi hota hai. Gheebat, jhooth, gaali, chugli — in sab se bachna zaroori hai.

Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs jhooth bolna aur us par amal karna na chhode, to Allah ko is ki koi zaroorat nahi ke woh apna khana peena chhode."(Sahih al-Bukhari 1903)

Agar hum roza rakh kar gheebat karein, gaali dein, jhooth bolein, to Allah humare bhookay rehne ki kadar nahi karta. Hadeeth mein hai:

"Rubba saimin laisa lahu min siyamihi illal juu' wal atash" — Bohot se rozedar aise hain jinhe roze se sirf bhook aur pyaas milti hai.(Sunan Ibn Majah 1690 – Hasan)

Yeh roza Allah ko qabool nahi jo zaban ki hifazat na kare.

6. Gussa Control 😤➡️😊

Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya:

"Roza dhaal hai. Jab tum mein se koi roza rakhe to faahish na kare aur na jahalat ka kaam kare. Agar koi lade ya gaali de to keh de: Main rozedar hoon." (Sahih al-Bukhari 1894, Sahih Muslim 1151)

Is mahine gussa control karna seekho. Choti choti baaton par react karna chhoro. Yehi taqwa hai.

7. Sadqa o Khairaat 🤝

Nabi (ﷺ) sabse zyada sadqa Ramzan mein karte the. Iftar karwane ki fazilat:

"Man fattara saiman kana lahu mislu ajrihi" — Jisne kisi rozedar ko iftar karwaya, use rozedar ke barabar ajar milega. (Jami` at-Tirmidhi 807 – Hasan Sahih)

Kisi bhooke ko khana khilao. Gareebon ki madad karo. Allah farmata hai: "As-siyamu li wa ana ajzi bihi" — Roza mere liye hai aur main hi uska ajar deta hoon. (Sahih al-Bukhari 1904, Sahih Muslim 1151)

8. Iftar ki Dua 🌅

ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الْأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ

"Dhahaba az-zama’u wabtallatil ‘urooqu wa thabatal ajru in shaa Allah"

Tarjuma: Pyaas chali gayi, ragain tar ho gayin, aur agar Allah ne chaha to ajar sabit ho gaya.

(Sunan Abi Dawood 2357 – Hasan)

9. Itekaf ka Amal 🕋

Aakhri ashra mein itekaf boht aham hai. Nabi (ﷺ) har Ramzan aakhri 10 din itekaf karte the:

"Kaanan nabiyyu ya'takifu fil ashri'l-awakhir" — Nabi aakhri 10 din itekaf karte the. (Sahih al-Bukhari 2026)

Shab-e-Qadar isi ashra mein hai jo hazar mahino se behtar hai.

10. Shab-e-Qadar ki Talash ✨

Quran mein Allah farmata hai:

"Lailatul qadri khairum min alfi shahr" — Shab-e-Qadar hazar mahino se behtar hai. (Surah Al-Qadr 97:3)

Is raat ki ibadat 1000 mahino ki ibadat se behtar hai. Is ko talash karo, khas kar taaq raaton mein.

❌ Ramadan Mein Hone Wali 15+ Aam Ghaltiyan

⚠️ Ghalati 1: Sirf iftar parties mein busy rehna, ibadat se door — Hal: Iftar ka shukar ada karo, par is ko party nahi ibadat banao.

⚠️ Ghalati 2: Sehri miss karna — Hal: Nabi ne sehri ki barkat batayi hai. uth kar khao.

⚠️ Ghalati 3: Namaz ignore karna, sirf Taraweeh par focus — Hal: Pehle farz, phir nawafil. Taraweeh nawafil mein aati hai.

⚠️ Ghalati 4: Roza rakh kar bhi gussa karna, gaali dena, jhooth bolna — Hal: Hadeeth dekh lo upar, Allah ko bhook nahi chahiye.

⚠️ Ghalati 5: "Main rozedar hoon" keh kar road pe ghoomna, time waste karna — Hal: Ghar mein aaram karo /ya kam karo aur ibadat karo.

⚠️ Ghalati 6: naye namaziyon ka mazaaq banana — Hal: Unke sath acha pesh ana hausla badana, warna wo kabhi nahi aayenge.

⚠️ Ghalati 7: Sahri tak jagna, din bhar sona — Hal: Fajr ke baad thoda aaram karo, phir din mein kaam ya ibadat.

⚠️ Ghalati 8: Ramadan ko food festival bana dena — Hal: Ibadat ka mahina hai, cooking shows ka nahi.

⚠️ Ghalati 9: Mobile aur social media mein time waste — Hal: Phone side rakho, Quran kholo. Agar phone use karna hi hai to use bekaar cheezon ke liye nahi, balki Quran padhne ya sunne ke liye istemal karo.

⚠️ Ghalati 10: Masjid mein khilkhilana, baatein karna — Hal: Masjid Allah ka ghar hai, adab se baitho.

⚠️ Ghalati 11: Taraweeh mein jaldi karna, theek se na padhna — Hal: Aahista parho, samajh kar parho.

⚠️ Ghalati 12: Sirf aakhri ashra mein aana — Hal: Poora mahina ganwao mat, shuru se jodo.

⚠️ Ghalati 13: Zakat na dena ya der karna — Hal: Zakat ka saal check karo, Ramzan mein dena afzal hai.

⚠️ Ghalati 14: Gheebat (chugli) karna — Hal: Gheebat roza ke ajar ko kam kar deti hai.

⚠️ Ghalati 15: Bid'ah (naye kaam) create karna — Hal: Sirf Quran-o-Sunnat ke mutabiq amal karo.

📢 Yaad Rakho: Allah ko hamari bhook nahi chahiye, hamara taqwa chahiye.

🤲 Naye Namaziyon ka Ehtiram

Bohot log Ramzan mein hi masjid aate hain, naye hote hain. Unhe dekh kar haath jodna, ungliyan karna, mazak banana — ye bohat buri aadat hai.

Agar aisa karoge to wo sharma kar kabhi masjid nahi aayega, aur tum kisi ko deen se door karne ka sabab ban sakte ho. Naye aane walon ka ehtiram karo, dil utha kar khush aamdeed karo.

Nabi (ﷺ) ka farman hai:

"Yassiru wa la tu'assiru, wa bashshiru wa la tunaffiru" — Logon ko aasan karo, mushkil mat paida karo, aur khushkhabri do, nafrat mat dilao. (Sahih al-Bukhari 69, Sahih Muslim 1734)

Ek Hadeeth mein hai: "Jo shakhs kisi ko aasan karega, Allah us ko dunya aur aakhirat mein aasan karega." (Sahih Muslim 2699)

😴 Sahri, Neend, aur Roza

Bohot log raat bhar jagte hain (Sahri tak), phir din bhar sote hain. Ye bilkul ghalat tareeqa hai.

Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaya: "Sehri mein barkat hai." (Bukhari) — Sehri ke liye utho, lekin fajr ki namaz parh kar thoda aaram karo, phir din ka kaam ya ibadat karo.

Din bhar sona roza ka maqsad khatam kar deta hai. Allah Taqwa chahta hai, neend nahi. Agar tum din bhar sote rahoge to:

  • 👉 Namazein qaza hongi
  • 👉 Quran padhne ka waqt nahi milega
  • 👉 Roza sirf bhook aur pyaas reh jayega

✅ Sahi tareeqa: Sahri khao, fajr parho, thoda aaram karo, phir uth kar apne kaam karo ya ibadat karo. Zuhar ke baad thoda qaylulah (short nap) le lo.

📈 Ramadan ke Baad Zindagi Kaise Banaein?

Asal success ye nahi ke 30 roze rakh liye. Asal success ye hai ke:

✅ 1. Namaz: Ramadan ke baad bhi 5 waqt ki namaz jari rakho.
✅ 2. Quran: Rozana thoda sa hi sahi, Quran padhna jari rakho.
✅ 3. Gussa: Gussa control karne ki aadat ko barkarar rakho.
✅ 4. Zaban: Gheebat, jhooth, gaali se door rehna seekh gaye, ab jaari rakho.
✅ 5. Roza: Shawwal ke 6 roze rakho — ye poori saal roza rakhne ke barabar hai.

Ramadan ek reset button hai. Ab ye aap par depend karta hai ke aap sirf mahina guzarte hain ya apni zindagi badalte hain.

🤲 Dua

"Ya Allah humein Ramadan ko samajhne ki taufeeq de. Hume sirf roza rakhne wala na bana, balki uska haq ada karne wala bana. Ameen."

"Allahumma ballighna Ramadhan" — Aye Allah humein Ramadan tak pahuncha.
